Acquisition of Hjellnes Consult AS and Johs Holt AS successfully completed

Oslo, 25 September 2017 - Reference is made to the announcement by Multiconsult

ASA 10 July 2017 concerning the acquisition of the Hjellnes Group. The Company

is pleased to announce that on 25 September 2017, the acquisition was

successfully completed.

As part of the completion procedure Multiconsult ASA has paid NOK 184 million to

the sellers for 100% of the shares in Hjellnes Consult AS and Johs Holt AS. The

settlement is a combination of NOK 119 million in cash and NOK 65 million in

Multiconsult shares.
