Multiconsult completes the acquisition of LINK arkitektur

Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated 11 August 2015 regarding

Multiconsult ASA's agreements to acquire the remaining shares in LINK arkitektur

AS. Following approval from the Norwegian competition authority, the

transactions have been completed and LINK will be consolidated into the accounts

of Multiconsult ASA as of 1 September 2015.
