Extension of existing contract with Jernbaneverket

Oslo, 18 December 2015 - Multiconsult ASA, as partner in the 50/50 joint venture

with Cowi, has extended the existing contract with Jernbaneverket for work

related to planning of parcels on the Intercity Haug - Halden project in Norway.

The extension of the contract comes after an early feasibility study phase.

The majority of the work will be performed over the next two years, and the

additional contract value to Multiconsult ASA amounts to NOK 50 million.

The Intercity Haug - Halden project is part of the Intercity railway

development, which aims to connect the cities in the eastern part of Norway.
