Settlement between the Norwegian Parliament (Stortinget) and Multiconsult ASA

Multiconsult and Stortinget have reached a settlement in the legal dispute over

Multiconsult's services to Stortinget in the Prinsens gate 26 construction

project.

Stortinget's director Marianne Andreassen and Multiconsult's CEO Grethe Bergly

are satisfied that both parties can now put this case behind them.

It has been a challenging project, with important learning points for both

parties.

In the settlement, Multiconsult will partly pay compensation to Stortinget and

partly give a price reduction on the fee charged for their services in the

project. The settlement is NOK 55 million in total.

The settlement is expected to have a negative impact of approximately NOK 20

million on Multiconsult's second quarter 2019 result.
