Contract award for the new Forum building at Aarhus University hospital in Denmark to the Multiconsult group

Region Midtjylland and Aarhus University Research Fund have awarded an EPC

contract to KPC, with LINK arkitektur and Sweco as subcontractors, responsible

for construction of Forum, a 14 floor building.

The total value to LINK arkitektur is estimated to approximately NOK 25 million.

Work will begin in January 2019 and approximately 85 per cent will be completed

during 2019. LINK arkitektur will deliver all architectural services.

Forum will accommodate a patient hotel and a number of other features that will

create optimal conditions for both patients and relatives. The project includes

the preparation of conceptual design, project proposals, main project and

limited supervision during execution.

The contract award is subject to a standstill period, which expires 7 January
