Tore Sjursen, board member / director in Multiconsult ASA has, through Bonao

Invest AS on 12 December 2022, purchased 915 shares in Multiconsult ASA at an

average price of NOK 131.80 per share. After the transaction Tore Sjursen,

through Bonao Invest AS, holds 915 shares in Multiconsult. Mr. Sjursen owns 100

per cent of the shares in Bonao Invest AS.
