Multiconsult ASA:

Sverre Hurum, Board member in Multiconsult ASA has on 11 November 2021 purchased

6 000 shares in Multiconsult ASA purchased at an average price of NOK 154.5034

per share and will after the transaction hold 21 000 shares in Multiconsult ASA.

In addition, Havgatt AS holds 866 shares in Multiconsult. Mr. Hurum owns 50% of

the shares in Havgatt AS, the remaining 50% is owned by a related party to Mr.

Hurum.
