Multiconsult ASA (Multiconsult) contract award with Oslo City Water and Sewerage Works Agency (Oslo kommune, vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV))

Oslo municipality, VAV, has selected Multiconsult ASA to develop a technical

feasibility study including a zoning plan for a new water supply to the city of

Oslo. The project scope includes pre-engineering of the water intake at

Holsfjorden, a raw water tunnel between Holsfjorden and Oslo, a new water

treatment plant, a clean water tunnel from the treatment plant to Oslo, and a

tunnel from Maridalsvannet to the new water treatment plant.

The contract includes options for additional work once the first phase is

completed. The contract value for Multiconsult will be approximately MNOK 20,

excluding options. The first phase will begin in 2017 and continue throughout
