Grethe Bergly announces resignation as CEO from Multiconsult

Grethe Bergly has decided to step down as CEO of Multiconsult after 23 years in

executive management team, including the past six years as CEO. Bergly will

remain in her position until a successor has been appointed, a transition

expected to be completed by the end of 2025. The board of directors has

initiated the process to recruit a new CEO.

"Bergly has led the company through a period of significant market changes,

strengthening the group's position through solid results, growth, and new

strategic initiatives. She has demonstrated strong leadership, balancing short

-term challenges with long-term positioning together with our skilled

employees," says chair of the board Rikard Appelgren in Multiconsult ASA.

"During her tenure, Multiconsult has improved profitability, reinforced its

strong corporate culture, and made significant progress in sustainability.

Grethe has done an outstanding job, and I would like to thank her for her

dedication, commitment, and the results she has achieved for the Multiconsult

Group."

The board has already engaged external advisers to assist in the search process

for Grethe's successor, and both internal and external candidates will be
