Hans-Jørgen Wibstad resigns as CFO in Multiconsult ASA

Hans-Jørgen Wibstad has submitted his notice of resignation as CFO in

Multiconsult ASA to take the position as CFO in Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. The

search for a new CFO will commence immediately. Wibstad will continue in his

role and will leave the company no later than 31 May 2022.

Multiconsult. Since joining Multiconsult in May 2019, he has played a key role

in the transformation and improvement processes that have taken place in

Multiconsult. While we regret his decision, we would like to wish him all the
