Executive Vice President of International Business resigns 1 January 2017

Torbjørn Blom-Hagen, EVP International Business in Multiconsult, has chosen to

resign Multiconsult ASA with effect from 1 January 2017. Blom-Hagen leaves

Multiconsult's executive management team from the same date.

-Torbjørn Blom-Hagen has devoted considerable efforts in the development of our

growing international business and we want to thank for his contribution to

Multiconsult, says Christian Nørgaard Madsen, CEO of Multiconsult.

Christopher Løken has been appointed Senior Vice President of international

segment in Multiconsult ASA, effective from 1 January 2017. He will coordinate

activities in the Group's subsidiaries abroad. Løken will report to Chief

Financial Officer.

International segment is consisting of Multiconsult international subsidiaries

outside Scandinavia. International business in Multiconsult has experienced

growth and a strong improvement in profitability over the last year. Løken will

have an important role in the realization of the Group's ambitions for further

international growth.
