Multiconsult appoints Head of investor relations/finance

We are pleased to announce that Mirza Koristovic has been appointed head of

investor relations/finance and will report to chief financial officer Anne

Harris with immediate effect.

Prior to joining Multiconsult, Mirza Koristovic spent the past seven years in

Statoil ASA where he gained broad experience within investor relations and

finance.

Koristovic holds a Master of Science degree in business administration from San

Diego State University, USA.

Commenting on the appointment, Anne Harris, CFO of Multiconsult said: "I am

happy to welcome Mirza to my team. His experience will be very valuable in the

continuous improvement of our communication with the investment community."
