This is a correction of the announcement from 08:00 05.05.2016 CEST.

Reason for correction: The 2015 divedend payment day has been corrected to 6 May

2016 in the Notice of annual general meeting.

The annual general meeting of Multiconsult ASA (OSE:MULTI) will be held on 26

April 2016 at 17:00 CET at Felix Konferansesenter, Bryggetorget 3, Aker Brygge,

Oslo.

Notice of the annual general meeting is attached hereto.

All the documents to be processed at the general meeting, including the 2015
