Annual General Meeting today at 3 pm

At the Annual General Meeting today the Chairman of the Board will inform in his report that subsequent to the publication of the Annual Report 2008 on March 27, 2009 the company has purchased 42,329 own B shares each at DKK 20 which corresponds to 1.0% of the total share capital $(0.1\%$ of the votes). The shares were purchased at an average price of DKK 121 totalling DKK 5.1 million. A proposal will be made to the effect that these shares be cancelled at the next General Meeting.

On March 27, 2009 it was announced that the company's holding of own B shares amounted to 87,099 shares which corresponds to 2.0% of the total share capital (0.3% of the votes). A proposal will be made to the effect that these shares be cancelled at this General Meeting.
