New decision regarding MT Højgaard Group's activities at Thule

Enclosed please find MT Højgaard A/S's announcement of 28 May 2015 regarding that the US Federal Court of Claims has ordered that the winner of the tender for operation of Thule Air Base cannot be awarded the contract.

Højgaard Holding A/S holds an ownership interest of 54 % in MT Højgaard.

New decision regarding MT Højgaard Group's activities at Thule

The US Federal Court of Claims has ordered that the winner of the tender for operation of Thule Air Base cannot be awarded the contract.

As previously announced, Greenland Contractors I/S, in which MT Højgaard has a 67% ownership interest, participated in a tender and failed to win the contract for operation and maintenance of Thule Air Base in Greenland. The US Air Force awarded the contract to the company Exelis Services.

The MT Højgaard Group has been informed tonight that the US Court of Federal Claims has ordered that the company winning the tender cannot be awarded the contract.

The management and the owners of Greenland Contractors do not know the consequences of the decision and are therefore awaiting a reaction from the US Air Force.
