Højgaard Holding: Morten Hansen proposed as new member of the Board of Directors of MT Højgaard Holding A/S

At the Annual General Meeting on 5 April 2019, the Board of Directors of Højgaard Holding A/S will propose the election of Morten Hansen to the Board of Directors of MT Højgaard Holding A/S, the continuing company following the expected merger of Højgaard Holding A/S and Monberg & Thorsen A/S.

Morten Hansen was born in 1963, holds a BSc in Civil and Structural Engineering and is a Danish citizen. He is the owner and CEO of various project development companies including Omnia Invest A/S, Tirsbæk Bakker A/S and Juulsbjerg Ejendomme A/S. Morten Hansen is also chairman or member of a number of boards of directors in the construction, civil engineering and property industries. Altogether, he brings more than 15 years’ relevant experience in consultancy, project development, construction and civil works and operation of properties. His particular focus is on processes and forms of cooperation as key elements in relation to creating profitability.

With his construction and civil engineering background, Morten Hansen will consequently contribute a wealth of relevant practical and theoretical experience to the overall skills of the Board of Directors.
