New Chairman of MT Højgaard's Supervisory Board

Mr Helge Israelsen is the new chairman of the board of MT Højgaard a/s – at the same time the number of board members is reduced from 12 to 10.

At MT Højgaard's annual general meeting chairman Per Møller and member of the board Erik D. Jensen did not accept renomination.

At the subsequent board meeting the supervisory board elected Helge Israelsen as the new Chairman of the board of MT Højgaard a/s.

Helge Israelsen is 61 years old, a graduate engineer and former CEO of Post Danmark A/S for a period of 20 years.

Thus MT Højgaard's supervisory board elected by the general meeting is reduced by two members and consists of the following from now:

• Helge Israelsen (Chairman)
• CEO Jørgen Nicolajsen (Deputy Chairman), Monberg & Thorsen A/S
• CEO Poul Lind, Green Wind Energy A/S
• CEO Lars Rasmussen, Coloplast A/S
