Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) under Indian Accounting Standards for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.

Further, as per the 'Company’s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders' pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the trading window for trading in the Company’s equity shares from June 16, 2021, till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Financial Results are made public (both days inclusive).
