Pursuant to Regulation 30, read with Para A, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement), 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Raman Sapra, vide his email dated 29 May 2026, has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel), and Nodal Officer of the Company, due to personal reasons with effect from the close of business hours on 28 August 2026.
The information required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026 is enclosed herewith as "Annexure-A". As discussed, I hereby tender my resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, designated as Senior Management Personnel of MPS Limited, and from all other designated positions in MPS Limited and its group companies held by me during my tenure. In accordance with the terms of my appointment, I shall serve the applicable notice period of 3 months, and my last working day shall accordingly be 28 August 2026.
Since joining in September 2022, it has been a privilege to work under your leadership and contribute to the organization’s growth journey. I remain grateful for the opportunity, trust, and support extended to me during my association with MPS.
I am resigning due to personal reasons and will extend all possible support to ensure a smooth transition during the notice period.
Thank you for everything. The experiences and learnings during my tenure at MPS will remain with me forever.
