Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026, we hereby inform you that Mr. Sreenivas Trichy Venkatraman has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Operating Officer, designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company on 05 May 2026. The resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on 03 August 2026, and the same has been accepted by the Company.
