In hisprevious role at ITC Infotech, he led a high-performing business unitwith over USD 80 million in annual revenues, managing large cross-functional teams and driving operational transformation andcustomer-centric innovation.Earlier, Sreenivas spent over fifteen years at Publicis Sapient in Indiaand the USA, where he was instrumental in building and scaling theDigital Experience practice. He led strategic client partnerships, drovelarge-scale digital transformation engagements, and played a key rolein talent development and delivery excellence. His extensiveexperience in P&L management, digital delivery, and team leadershipequips him to navigate complex business environments and deliverscalable outcomes.At MPS, Sreenivas will be responsible for guiding the Company’soperational and strategic initiatives to new heights. In this role, hewill focus on optimizing operational effectiveness across our globalnetwork, ensuring that our over 3,000 professionals are aligned andequipped to deliver innovative solutions that enhance learningexperiences. Sreenivas will play a pivotal role in driving MPS’ growthstrategy, and helping us achieve Vision 2027. His leadership inleveraging cutting-edge technologies will be instrumental in furtheringMPS’ reputation as the leading provider of premium B2B learning andplatform solutions.Sreenivas holds an MBA in Systems and Finance, a Bachelor ofEngineering (BEng) in Electronics and Communication Engineering, andan Advanced Diploma in Systems Management and Object-OrientedProgramming Systems. This strong educational foundation, combinedwith his deep operational expertise, enables him to bring a balancedperspective to technology-driven business transformation.
