Brief Profile – Mrs. Radha Papinani
Mrs. Radha Papinani is a seasoned legal professional with over three decades of experience in advising organizations on complex legal, regulatory, and governance matters across India and international jurisdictions. She possesses extensive expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, litigation management, and legal risk mitigation, with a proven record of partnering with Boards and senior leadership teams.
Over the course of her career, she has led legal and compliance functions in diverse business environments, supporting strategic initiatives, overseeing high-value transactions, and establishing strong compliance and governance frameworks. Her experience includes policy formulation, contract management, stakeholder engagement, and supervision of critical legal matters essential to business continuity and growth. She is recognized for her ability to balance commercial pragmatism with ethical standards and legal rigor.
At MPS, she will serve as General Counsel and will be responsible for overseeing the Company’s global legal and compliance functions. In this capacity, she will work closely with the Board, executive management, and business units to ensure robust governance, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. She will play a key role in supporting the Company’s strategic priorities, safeguarding business interests, and strengthening a culture of integrity and accountability as the organization progresses toward Vision 2027.
She holds a law degree along with relevant professional qualifications. Her extensive experience, strategic mindset, and collaborative leadership approach position her strongly to contribute to the Company’s next phase of growth and transformation.
