Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021 as per Ind-AS.

Further, we would like to inform that as per the 'Company’s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders' pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company had intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the trading window from March 16, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Financial Results are made public (both days inclusive) i.e. May 28, 2021.
