Marine Harvest ASA: New company name "Mowi ASA" registered
Reference is made to the minutes from the extraordinary general meeting held 4
December 2018, and the related stock exchange notice whereby the extraordinary
general meeting in Marine Harvest ASA resolved to change the company's name to
"Mowi ASA".
The new company name has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises.
The company's shares will from 2 January 2019 (inclusive) be quoted on Oslo Børs
with the new name and the new ticker "MOWI". The company's listed bonds will
from 2 January 2019 (inclusive) be quoted on Oslo Børs with the new ticker
"MOWI02".
ISIN and instrument ID for the company's listed securities remain unchanged.
