Marine Harvest (OSE:MHG): Northern Harvest update: No-Action Letter from the Canadian Competition Bureau

With reference to the stock exchange announcement on 22 December 2017 and the

acquisition of Northern Harvest.

Marine Harvest is pleased to announce that we have obtained a No-Action Letter

from the Canadian Competition Bureau regarding our acquisition of Northern

Harvest. This means that we can proceed with closing the transaction.
