Marine Harvest (OSE:MHG): Acquisition of Northern Harvest completed

With reference to the stock exchange announcements on 22 December 2017 and 22

June 2018, and the acquisition of Northern Harvest.

Marine Harvest is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Northern Harvest

has been completed.

Marine Harvest will consolidate the acquired business effective 3 July 2018.
