Alvaro Jimenez, Managing Director of Marine Harvest Chile, sold 824.500 shares

in Marine Harvest ASA at NOK 4.65 per share on 22 July 2010. The transaction was

made through his partly owned company Seminario International.

After this transaction Seminario International holds #1.133.200# shares in

Marine Harvest ASA.
