Mandatory notification of trade

Geveran Trading, a company indirectly controlled by trusts affiliated with John

Fredriksen and his family, has extended TRS agreements relating to 31 million

shares in Marine Harvest ASA. The new expiration of the TRS agreements is 30

June 2010. The exercise price on the agreements is NOK 4,5539 per share. Geveran

Trading's affiliated ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is following this

transaction unchanged 1,079,632,775 shares, constituting 30.2 percent of the

issued share capital. In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with an

underlying exposure to 100 million shares.
