NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Reference is made to yesterday's announcement that based on the strong cash-flow

in the first half of 2010; the Board has resolved to call an EGM in August where

a half-year dividend of NOK 0.20 per share will be proposed.

Attached please find a notice of an extraordinary general meeting to be held on

23 August.
