Ordinary General Meeting in Marine Harvest held

The Ordinary General Meeting of Marine Harvest was held in Oslo 27 May 2010. All

the proposals from the Board were approved by the General Meeting. A proposal

set forth by a shareholder (item 13) was withdrawn during the meeting. An office

translation of the original protocol will be published 28 May.
