Revised proposal to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) regarding dividend

In the Q4 2009 report, the Board of Directors of Marine Harvest announced its

intention make an AGM proposal to distribute a dividend based on the 2009

results of NOK 0.35 per share, of which NOK 0.25 would be payable shortly after

the AGM, and NOK 0.05 would be payable in both Q3 and Q4 2010.

The Board of Directors has resolved to amend this proposal to allow for full

payment of a NOK 0.35 per share dividend shortly after the AGM, which will be

held in Oslo 27 May 2010.
