MOTA-ENGIL S.G.P.S., S.A. ("MOTA-ENGIL") informs that the "APP Vial Cambao – Manizales" was awarded to the Consortium "Alternativas Viales" in which MOTA-ENGIL ENGENHARIA E CONSTRUÇÃO, SA's subsidiary in Colombia has a 25% stake.
The concession comprises the financing, construction, rehabilitation, upgrading, operation and maintenance of the Ibagué-Mariquita-Honda and Cambao-Armero-Líbano-Murillo-La Esperanza-Manizales road corridors, which have an extension of about 256 kilometers (km), corresponding to five sections of toll roads with the following details:

The Concession will last for 30 years and will have a total investment of 430 million euros, including in construction and maintenance. The construction period is estimated to last four years, and will begin after the Financial Close.
The Concession is part of the "Asociación Público-Privada" (APP) program promoted by the Colombian Government, being this award in line with the Group's strategy for this country, which focus on playing an important role in projects under APP regime.
"Alternative Viales" is composed by other four local companies, namely ICEIN Ingenieros Constructores S.A.S., Gaico Ingenieros Constructores S.A.S. and ALCA Ingeniería S.A.S /Fortress S.A.S..
