MOTA-ENGIL INFORMS ON THE SHARE BUY-BACK TENDER LAUNCHED BY MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA

MOTA-ENGIL, SGPS, S.A. ("MOTA-ENGIL") informs that, following the announcement made on 11 october 2015, MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA N.V. ("MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA") has announced that the acceptance period for the tender offer, which takes place on the dutch market and is subject to local applicable laws, in which MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA is offering eur 6.1235 (six euros and twelve point three five cents) per each ordinary share will begin tomorrow, 27 october.
