MOTA-ENGIL INFORMS ABOUT MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DELISTING DATE OF ITS SHARES IN THE REGULATED MARKET

MOTA-ENGIL, SGPS, S.A. ("MOTA-ENGIL") informs that its subsidiary MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA N.V. ("MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA") announced that Euronext Amsterdam N.V. approved the delisting request of its ordinary shares ("Shares") from the Euronext Amsterdam regulated market.

In accordance with the Euronext rules, delisting will take place on 10 December 2015, with 9 December 2015 as last trading date, subject to MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA's extraordinary general meeting approving the authority to buy back shares and the terms of the self-tender commenced by MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA.
