MOTA-ENGIL INFORMS ABOUT THE COMPOSITION OF ITS EXECUTIVE COMMITTE FOR THE THREE-YEAR PERIOD IN PROGRESS 2024-2026

MOTA-ENGIL, S.G.P.S., S.A. informs that, following a resolution of its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 15, 2025, its Executive Committee, for the three-year period in progress 2024-2026, will be comprised by the four members identified below (five members in the previous version):

• Mr. Carlos António Vasconcelos Mota dos Santos (Chief Executive Officer)
• Mr. Manuel António da Fonseca Vasconcelos da Mota (Deputy-Chief Executive Officer)
• Mr. Xiao Di (Chief Accounting Officer)
• Mr. José Carlos Barroso Pereira Pinto Nogueira (Chief Financial Officer)
