MOTA-ENGIL INFORMS ABOUT THE RECOMPOSITION OF ITS EXECUTIVE COMMITTE FOR THE REMAINING MANDATE PERIOD, CORRESPONDING TO THE FOUR YEAR PERIOD COMPRISED BETWEEN 2014-2017

Under the terms and for the purposes of paragraph a) of article 3 of the CMVM Regulation 5/2008 and following the approval by its Shareholders' General Meeting held on 25 May 2016 regarding the recomposition of its Board of Directors, Mota-Engil, SGPS, SA informs, following the decision approved in the Board of Directors meeting held at 30 May 2016, the recomposition of its Executive Committee for the remaining mandate period, corresponding to the four year period comprised between 2014-2017:
