Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for allotment of 4,99,313 equity shares pursuant to exercise of ESOP under various Stock Option Plans of the Company.

This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of Circular Resolution on 22[nd] April, 2025 has approved the allotment of 4,99,313 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible employees of the Company upon exercise of the Options vested with them under various MosChip Stock Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect. Consequent to the above allotment the total number of equity shares of the Company has increased from 191,078,292 to 191,577,605 shares.

The details required under the Regulation 10(c) SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 is enclosed as “Annexure – A”.
