1). The above is an extract from the Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended 31 March 2026 filed with the Stock Exchanges under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2). The Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results are prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 ("the Act") read with relevant rules thereunder, other accounting principles generally accepted in India and regulations issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI")
3). The Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended 31 March 2026 have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meetings held on 20 May 2026. The statutory auditors have carried out audit of these Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results and have issued an unmodified report on these results.
4) Vide its order dated 25 March 2026, the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, approved the scheme of amalgamation for the merger of wholly owned subsidiaries Softnautics Inc and Softnautics Private Limited with Moschip Technologies Limited. As per the said scheme, the appointed date is April 4, 2025. The Scheme has been accounted for under the "Pooling of Interests Method" as prescribed under Appendix C of Ind AS 103, "Business Combinations" as per the terms of the court order. Prior period numbers have been restated to give effect as if this merger had occurred from the beginning of the preceding period in the Standalone Financial Statement i.e. April 01, 2024.

1) సెప్టెంబర్ 2015 లోని రిజర్వ్ విషయాల పూర్తి చేసినప్పుడు, 31 మే 2026 లో ముగిసిన జ్ఞానసమితి వాటి విక్రయ లాభం 31 మే 2026 లో ముగిసిన జ్ఞానసమితి మరియు సమస్యలకు అధికారం కల్పించే అధికారం కల్పించాలి. ఈ విధంగా ఉన్నప్పుడు, అధికారం కల్పించే అధికారం మరియు స్థానిక అధికారం ప్రశ్నలు మరియు కల్పించాలి. www.moschip.com మరియు విషయాల విషయాలు ప్రశ్నలు అందించాలి. 2) సెప్టెంబర్ 2013 లోని రిజర్వ్ విషయాల పూర్తి చేసినప్పుడు, 31 మే 2026 లో ముగిసిన జ్ఞానసమితి మరియు సమస్యలకు స్థానిక అధికారం ప్రశ్నలు మరియు ఇతర అధికారం ప్రశ్నలకు రిజర్వ్ రూ. 2013 (రిజర్వ్) లోని సెప్టెంబర్ 133 (రెండవ విక్రయాలకు అందించిన అధికారం ప్రశ్నలకు) (అందరూ 2026)లో అనుసరించి అధికారం కల్పించే అధికారం మరియు స్థానిక అధికారం ప్రశ్నలు.
3) 31 మే 2026 లో ముగిసిన జ్ఞానసమితి మరియు సమస్యలకు అధికారం కల్పించే అధికారం మరియు స్థానిక అధికారం ప్రశ్నలకు అధికారం కల్పించాలి. ఈ విధంగా ప్రశ్నలకు రిజర్వ్ రూ. 2026 లో విషయాల మూలధనం వారి సమస్యలు లేదా అధికారం కల్పించాలి. ఈ కల్పించే అధికారం స్థానిక అధికారం ప్రశ్నలకు సంబంధించి సమస్యలు ప్రశ్నలకు అధికారం విషయాలు మరియు ఈ ప్రశ్నలు మార్పులు విషయాలు అందించాలి.
4) గార్డెన్స్ 2026 లో కామర్స్ లా ప్రకారం, 25 మే 2026 లో తన అధికారం ద్వారా, ప్రశ్న చూపుమానంలోని అనుభవం సంయుక్త సెప్టెంబర్ 2026 లో మరియు స్థానిక అధికారం ప్రశ్నలకు రిజర్వ్ రూ. 2026 లో విషయాల మూలధనం వారి సమస్యలు లేదా అధికారం కల్పించాలి. సెప్టెంబర్ 2026 లో, సమస్యలు తేదీ ప్రశ్నలు 4, 2025 లో ప్రశ్నలకు సంబంధించి ప్రశ్నలు, అందించాలి. 103, "రిజర్వ్ కామర్స్" యొక్క అనుభవం-సి రెండవ మాటను విధంగా "ప్రశ్నలు అధికారం ముఖ్యం" రెండవ తేదీ ప్రశ్నలు అందించాలి. స్థానిక అధికారం విషయాలు, ఈ విధంగా మూలధనం కాలం ప్రశ్నలు నుండి, అనగా ప్రశ్నలు 01, 2024 నుండి అధికారం అందించాలి. ప్రశ్నలు మూలధనం కాలం సంబంధించి ప్రశ్నలు స్థానిక అధికారం.
