In accordance with the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors, on the recommendation made by Audit Committee, at their meetings held on 21[st] May, 2025 has approved a proposal for the appointment of M/s. B S S & Associates, Company Secretaries (Unique Identification Number P2012AP026600), as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company, for a term of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till 2029-30, subject to approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Necessary details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015 read along with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 November 11, 2024 in respect of the above are given in the annexure.
