Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Naveed Ahmed Sherwani (DIN – 10199022) has submitted his resignation from the position of Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 06[th] June, 2025, for reasons as mentioned in the resignation letter.

Further, as per the requirements of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause (7B) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, enclosed herewith a copy of the resignation letter submitted by Mr. Naveed Ahmed Sherwani. The said resignation letter also confirms that, there is no material reason for his resignation other than that mentioned by him.
