Notice of publication of documents for the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 22 April 2021
Milan, 31 March 2021 - Moncler S.p.A. informs that today the Report on Policy Regarding Remuneration and Fees paid and the tables drafted in accordance with Scheme 7 of Annex 3A of the Consob Issuers' Regulation no. 11971/1999 including, pursuant to Art. 84-bis, fifth paragraph of the above Regulation, the information regarding the implementation of the financial instruments-based remuneration plans, have been made available to the public at the Company's registered offices, at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage" at the website .
