Milan, 7 July 2021 - Moncler S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that the minutes of the Company's and Sportswear Company S.p.A.'s ("SPW") Board of Directors' resolutions adopted on 29 June 2021 with regard to the partial demerger of SPW in favour of Moncler have been made available to the public at the Company's registered offices in Milan, at 47, Via Enrico Stendhal, and at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, "Governance / Extraordinary Transactions" Section) as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage" at .
