Supervisory Board meeting will be held, at which it will be decided whether to approve the initiation of the process of searching a financial advisor for the implementation of the next phase of the company's strategic development plan, about the content of the tender for the mobile homes purchase according to the rules of the "MON PERIN PARTNER" program, and on special approval for the management staff to acquire Company shares within a period of 30 days before the publication of periodic financial reports as part of the allocation of shares to employees and members of the management board.
