Cash Dividends Distribution from Retained Earnings (2025):

The Company plans to distribute cash dividends of NT$10 per share, totaling NT$2,649,752,750 from the distributable earnings. After receiving approval from the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting, the Chairman is authorized to set the ex-dividend record date.

Thereafter, if the number of outstanding shares is affected by the requirements of the competent authorities, or by subjective and objective factors causing necessary adjustments to shareholders’ percentage of distribution, the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting shall give the Chairman full authority to make necessary adjustments, and the same shall apply for matters not covered herein.
