CLEANSING NOTICE – Section 708A(5)(e)

Further to the announcement of 4 November 2024, Moho Resources Limited ( ASX: MOH ) ( “Moho ”) (“the Company ”) confirms that it has issued 134,794,549 fully paid ordinary shares to raise $673,973.

The shares were issued under the Company’s existing placement capacity in accordance with ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A.

Section 708A(5)(e) Notice – Issue of Shares without a Disclosure Document

In accordance with the requirements of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, under which notice is given, the Company confirms that:

1. The shares issued as referred to in the Appendix 2A are part of the class of fully paid ordinary shares quoted on the ASX.

2. The Company has issued the shares without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act.

3. This notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act.

4. As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

5. a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

6. b. section 674 of the Act.

7. As at the date of this notice there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act in relation to the Company.

The Board of Directors of Moho Resources Limited authorised this announcement to be given to ASX.
