Completion of Silver Swan North Project Sale
Moho Resources Ltd (ASX:MOH) is pleased to advise that the sale of its Silver Swan North Project (E27/623) to Mineral Mining Services Pty Ltd ("MMS") has now been completed.
The Company confirms that all conditions precedent have been satisfied (or waived), and the completion payment has been received in accordance with the binding agreement previously announced on 8 December 2025.
As previously outlined, the transaction includes:
- Consideration of $500,000 in cash (now received in full).
- $500,000 milestone payment upon conversion of the tenement to a mining lease, and
- 1% gross revenue royalty on future production.
Moho Resources Chairman, Mr Peter Christie said:
"Completion of this transaction strengthens Moho's financial position and provides additional funding to advance exploration at our highly prospective Bush Chook Project.
We are pleased to have successfully completed the divestment of this non-core asset and will continue to focus our efforts on unlocking value through targeted exploration at Bush Chook."
