Moho Resources Limited (ASX: MOH) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Moho Resources Limited (‘MOH’) will be halted at the request of MOH, pending the release of an announcement by MOH.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 21 October 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

MOH’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Moho Resources Limited (ASX: MOH) REQUESTS FOR TRADING HALT

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Moho Resources Limited (ASX:MOH) (the Company) hereby requests that its securities be placed into an immediate trading halt pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.

The Company requests that trading in its securities be halted until after the expected Announcement is made regarding the above or until the market opens on Tuesday, 21 October 2025, whichever occurs the earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
