Listed Option Expiry Notification

Moho Resources Limited (ASX:MOH) ( Moho or the Company ) advises that the Company’s 51,532,440 listed options exercisable at $0.05 expire on 31 January 2024 (ASX:MOHOA). The Company is relying on ASX Appendix 6A section 5.3 to the extent necessary to permit the Company not to send an option expiry notice to Option holders of the expiring options. The Company will advise once the options have expired.

In accordance with Clause 5.2 of Appendix 6A of the ASX Listing Rules, Moho provides quoted Option holders with the following information:

• a) The number of quoted options to which this notice applies is 51,532,440.

• b) On exercise, each quoted option entitles the holder to receive one fully paid ordinary share in the Company. If all of the quoted options were exercised, 51,532,440 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company would be issued.

• c) The exercise price for each quoted option is $0.05 (Exercise Price).

• d) The due date for payment of the Exercise Price is 5:00pm (WST) on 31 January 2024 (Expiry Date).

• e) If the payment is not received before the Expiry Date, the quoted options will expire unexercised and all rights will cease.

• f) Official quotation of the quoted options will cease on 24 January 2024, being four business days before the Expiry Date.

• g) The market price of the Company’s shares on 5 January 2024 (being the last trading day prior to the date of this notice) was $0.01 (1.0 cent).

• h) The highest market price of the Company’s fully paid ordinary shares during the 6 months immediately before this notice was issued was $0.014 (1.4 cents) on 12 July 2023, 18 July 2023, 19 July 2023 and 21 July 2023. The lowest market price of the Company’s fully paid ordinary shares during the 6 months immediately before this notice was issued was $0.006 (0.6 cents) on 5 October 2023, 6 October 2023, 19 October 2023, 24 October 2023, 26 October 2023, 31 October 2023, 3 November 2023, 7 November 2023 and 8 November 2023.

• i) The exercise of options is not underwritten.
