Moho Resources Limited (ASX:MOH) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Moho Resources Limited (‘MOH’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MOH, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 26 May 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Moho Resources Limited – Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Moho Resources Limited (“Moho” or “the Company”) hereby requests a trading halt from the ASX effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests the trading halt from receipt of this request until the release of the announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading on Thursday, 26 May 2022.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
