Board Changes

Moho Resources Ltd (ASX: MOH) (Moho or the Company) wishes to provide the following updates in relation to the Board of Directors.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Greta Purich as Non-Executive Director, with effect at the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting ( AGM ).

Ms Purich is a geologist and mining engineer with over 15 years of experience in Western Australia’s exploration and mining industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology), a Bachelor of Commerce (Investment Finance and Corporate Finance), and a Graduate Diploma in Mining.

She has previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Errawarra Resources Ltd (ASX: ERW) and brings strong technical capability in geology, mine planning and project evaluation to the Board. Ms Purich’s appointment enhances the Company’s technical expertise and supports informed decisionmaking in exploration strategy and project development as the Company progresses its next phase of growth.

Following Ms Purich’s appointment, Michael Pereira has advised his intention to resign as NonExecutive Director of the Company, effective upon the conclusion of the upcoming AGM. The Board would like to thank Mr Pereira for his efforts and contributions to the Company. His resignation aligns with the Company’s restructure and transition into its next chapter, focused on advancing exploration in Western Australia.

The relevant Director Interest Notices will be released to the ASX following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, once the appointment and resignation take effect.
